Gweth Saren

Gweth Saren was born in Rivenspire, near the town of Fell's Run, somewhere around the year 2E 560. When she was young, however, her family fled to Daggerfall, to escape from the devastation after Ranser's War failed and the Orcs invaded. Her father had been killed in the siege of Wayrest, and the family had to flee in secret. Her mother was wounded as they fled to Northpoint, where they took a ship on the treacherous journey along High Rock's northern coast. Gweth's mother was near death when they landed near Eagle's Brook, and it was only thanks to a healer from the Beldama Wyrd that she survived. Eventually the family made it to Daggerfall, where they changed their family name to Saren (original family name unknown) and started over.

When she turned sixteen, Gweth left home to study magic with the sisters of the Beldama Wyrd at the Wyrd Tree. She was trained as a warden, focusing on the healing arts. When the Three Banners War erupted, Gweth picked up her healing staff and left home, determined to help as many people as she could.
